Standards we follow
This site is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. Automated checks (axe-core, Lighthouse) and manual inspection cover color contrast, keyboard navigation, screen readers, text scaling, focus indicators and semantic markup.
We test with NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and TalkBack (Android), plus pure keyboard navigation in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.

Light and dark themes with session-persisted preference. Detects system preference on first visit.
Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
Full keyboard navigation with a skip-to-main-content link.
Screen reader support with ARIA regions, semantic landmarks and accessible names on every control.
Respects `prefers-reduced-motion` for decorative animation.
Known limitations
PDF content, when published, may not be fully accessible — HTML alternatives are offered whenever possible.
Embedded third-party videos may lack official captions; we provide an alternative transcript on request.
